Hybrid QA: API & Data Integration in MN; SIT​/Automation

Job Type: Contract To Hire

Job Location: Hybrid in Eagan, MN (2-3days/week)

• Plan, execute, and document QA testing for Integration Platform deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across portfolios and upstream/downstream teams to validate integration behavior and production readiness.
• Support QA for IT configuration changes and workflow enhancements tied to new SaaS applications.
• Test integration-heavy systems, including APIs, file-based interfaces, and middleware/platform integrations.
• Create and maintain test artifacts: test strategy/approach, test plans, detailed test cases, and execution result reports.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and regression testing cycles.
• Implement or expand automated regression testing frameworks to increase coverage and efficiency.

• Experience with integrations between applications and data warehouse environments, including APIs and ETL.
• Experience testing orchestration layers.
• Automation testing experience preferred.
• Experience with Postman testing and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Java or JavaScript for automation.
• Understanding how data flows through an organization.
• Healthcare experience preferred, including an understanding of pricing, claims, and provider workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare domains such as Provider, Membership, Product & Benefits, and Medical Management.
