Seeking a Sr Business analyst for hybrid contract to hire opportunity with my direct client in Eagan, MN.
Role OverviewThis role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in the office in Eagan, MN. One day is a designated anchor day with your team, and the second day is of your choosing (Monday-Thursday).
The Impact You Will HaveAssist with the development of a flagship AI tool aimed at reducing the administrative burden of Case Managers in documentation and research, to allow them to practice at the top of their license and remain focused on member care. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Operations, IT, and AI developers to advance the tool's functionality and adoption.
Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings with business owners and subject matter experts to gather, define, and drive execution of comprehensive business requirements and system rules. This involves close collaboration across multiple business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Provide consistent and transparent communication by delivering daily updates on activities, including progress tracking, issue escalation, and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- 8 years of experience with strong technical and analytical expertise.
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed with a high degree of accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities and competing demands.
- Proficient in documenting detailed business requirements.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and applying Agile principles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management and issue tracking tools.
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience working in healthcare-related projects.
- Previous experience working with claims vendors and systems.
