End to End Associate Solutions Architect
Shape and deliver the transformational architecture strategy for Thomson Reuters’ enterprise transformation programmes, enabling commercial services to be onboarded through digital channels and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Be a Technical Leader: research and recommend technical standards and best practices; work with technology teams to implement solutions.
- Be an efficient Stakeholder Manager: collaborate with business teams, product owners, and project management to define roadmaps; serve as point of contact for resolving stakeholder issues.
- Be a Decision Maker: make data‑driven decisions, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and roll out strategies that align with company goals.
- Be a Team Player: work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, and partner with cross‑functional and remote teams.
- Be Curious & Innovative: continuously update with next‑generation technology, tools, and contribute to process development practices.

- Architecture Strategy &
Roadmap:
define and update solution roadmaps for relevant architectures. - Architecture Design: design for future and existing enterprise transformation programmes, ensuring technology components fit the overall strategy and are communicated and adhered to.
- Architecture Governance: participate in the Design Authority structure, work with vendor partners, and serve on the Solution Review board to ensure appropriate governance.
- Wide variety of solutions architecture experience across multiple business contexts.
- Consulting experience with a strong track record at a leading IT consultancy or large corporate.
- Experience working with agile teams and globally distributed teams.
- Solid experience in CRM, Self‑Service platforms, integration with ERP, middleware, web content management, and application security best practices.
- Experience with Blue Chip clients and a solid record across the full project lifecycle.
- Background in development or systems with experience in full project lifecycle.
- Experience developing solution architectures, preparing and maintaining business process, data model, system, sequence, and process flow diagrams.
- Ability to work with diverse, multi‑country, and multi‑company teams.
- Experience managing or directing work of others toward shared goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive mindset with an organized and methodical approach.
- Experience defining target architecture designs and roadmaps.
- Experience in data migration between systems and ability to analyze and support application performance issues.
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services, mainly Lambda, API Gateway, RDS PostgreSQL, and S3.
- Required degree level (BA/BSc/MSc/BEng/MEng) in a technical or business discipline.
- Preferred: certification in TOGAF or other architecture frameworks.
- Preferred: certification in AWS or other cloud vendors.

- Competitive base compensation range for U.S. locations: $118,400–$219,800
USD. - Eligibility for annual bonus based on enterprise and individual performance.
