You will also collaborate with Thomson Reuters teams including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product.

Responsibilities
  • Work hands‑on with transactional attorneys to advise on how our platform, data and insights can be utilized on live and historical transactions.
  • Provide technical support across the customer lifecycle—scoping AI use cases, advising on solution design, demonstrating capabilities, and guiding implementation and optimization while contributing to internal upskilling initiatives across Thomson Reuters Support customers' AI adoption strategies and solution deployment, capturing insights to influence product strategy and roadmap.
  • Contribute meaningfully to new model training and quality control through distillation of subject‑matter expertise into multi‑layered AI systems.
  • Create documentation, use cases, and workflows that advance internal knowledge sharing and applied AI best practices.
  • Drive measurable impact through increased AI adoption, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced internal AI maturity.
  • Contribute to Thomson Reuters’ thought leadership through customer‑facing content, events, and advisory boards.
  • Pursue self‑directed projects that align with Customer Success goals and advance organizational innovation.
  • Travel may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications

We’re looking for a candidate who meets the following background requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience at a top law firm or top legal department.
  • Expertise in transactional legal practice in one or more of the following areas: mergers & acquisitions, capital markets/securities, credit/finance, or other corporate transactions.
  • Demonstrable experience with generative AI applications and an understanding of large language model (LLM) architecture and operation.
  • Substantial experience using online legal research and practice tools for corporate attorneys.
  • Excellence in communicating technical concepts and creating clear documentation, learning materials, and persuasive presentations for non‑technical audiences.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset—simplify ambiguous challenges, embrace experimentation, and view setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Current knowledge of emerging AI research, industry trends, and critical thinking about risks, opportunities, and societal impact.

Optional but nice to have:

  • Prior experience at a technology company or within the industry.
  • Interest in finance or economics.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Background in computer programming (though this is not a development role).
What’s in It for You (Benefits)

  • Competitive 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Flexible vacation with two company‑wide mental health days off.
  • Access to the Headspace app.
  • Retirement savings plan.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Employee incentive programs.
  • Resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
  • Optional hospital, accident and sickness insurance (paid 100% by employee).
  • Optional life and AD&D insurance (paid 100% by employee).
  • Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts.
  • Fitness reimbursement.
