Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in Varicent (or similar Incentive Compensation Management software) to join our team. The role blends technical proficiency, analytical insight, and business understanding to ensure seamless system performance and deliver value to stakeholders.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Varicent solutions to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Optimize Varicent workflows, rules, calculations, and reporting to ensure efficient and accurate incentive compensation processes.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and monitor performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support testing efforts, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Provide training and guidance to users on Varicent functionality and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Varicent or similar incentive compensation platforms.
• Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and production support.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and related business functions (e.g., sales operations, financial reporting).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred:
  Varicent certification.
