Schedule: Typically 8 AM-4 PM; shifts may vary between 6 AM-8 PM and occasional weekends
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Openings: 12 people needed total
Training: First 30 days onsite, then hybrid
Potential for Permanent Hire: Yes
What You'll DoWork as a Technical Service Call Center and help customers troubleshoot equipment and service needs over the phone.
- Provide frontline technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical equipment issues
- Help with equipment installation, setup, programming, and calibration
- Coordinate service appointments and scheduling changes
- Assist customers with parts and equipment questions
- Learn to support pumps, filters, dispensing equipment, dish machines, and other Ecolab systems
- Have experience in technical support, technical customer service, or a mechanical/electrical trade
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (MS365)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams by phone
