This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate attorney looking to take on sophisticated deal work, work closely with senior leadership, and play a meaningful role in complex business transactions.

• Focus on high-level transactional matters with significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic corporate deals.
• Manage critical aspects of transactions, support clients through complex business decisions, and help drive deals from structuring through execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and engage in hands-on deal leadership and client engagement.

• JD required
• Must have prior experience working in a law firm
• 5–8 years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and strategic business deals
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Minnesota required
