Plan and manage the Center of the Store to promote sales and achieve profit margins and labor goals;
Supervise Dairy and Frozen Food associates to ensure efficient labor utilization and effectiveness in meeting department objectives;
Manages receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control and inventory to ensure proper product control and that gross profit goals are met;
Directs and monitors department associates to ensure completion of assigned tasks and efficient uses of man hours;
Trains and develops dairy/frozen department personnel
