THIS IS A HIGH PRIORITY TO FILL POSITION!!!!!

This is a TEMP-TO-PERM Care Manager position.

This is an inbound telephonic position where the selected candidate will manage about 25 calls per day.

The majority of calls are from providers, with the remaining from members and their families.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Managed Care/Clinical Review experience and 3-5 years of clinical experience.

The team consists of 55 members divided into 3 clusters.

Training will be web-based and approximately 2-3 weeks long.

Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. The candidate must be comfortable navigating multiple systems, including Outlook, Instant Messenger, and Email.

Candidates must have a Master's Degree and a valid LCSW or LCPC license.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are required. Knowledge of utilization management procedures, mental health and substance abuse community resources, and providers is essential.

Experience in inpatient settings, knowledge of DSM V or the current diagnostic edition, and the ability to analyze utilization problems and implement solutions are required to influence quality of care positively.
