We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combines relationship‑building, sales, and project oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about helping others.
You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high‑quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent.
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites.
- Support marketing and relationship‑building initiatives to grow accounts.
- Attend client meetings and represent Service Master DSI professionally.
- Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development.
- Experience in restoration and/or construction project management.
- Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software).
- Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually (depending on experience).
