About the Role
Manufacturing Client Services Supervisor - Eagan, Minnesota. Lead a team of Client Service Representatives and support employees in a fast‑paced print and manufacturing environment. Supervise daily activities, coach staff, ensure timely customer support, and collaborate with production, scheduling, materials, sales, and marketing to meet customer and quality goals.
Location: Eagan, Minnesota
Shift: 1st shift – 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Responsibilities- Supervise and coach a team of Client Service Representatives, providing guidance, performance feedback, and ongoing communication.
- Direct daily client service activities to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding print orders, job status, specifications, materials, timelines, delivery expectations, pricing, and issue resolution.
- Monitor workflow, assigned accounts, open inquiries, and job support activities to ensure deadlines are met and customers are proactively informed.
- Partner with production, scheduling, bindery, materials, sales, marketing, and other internal departments to resolve customer concerns, clarify job requirements, and support successful execution of production orders.
- Identify and resolve complex client service, production support, order management, and communication issues; elevate matters as needed and ensure appropriate follow‑through.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on customer experience, workflow efficiency, service quality, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and SAP preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques or fulfillment operations preferred.
- Hybrid Work Model: flexible hybrid working environment (2–3 days a week in the office, depending on the role).

- Competitive compensation: base pay range $66,500 – $123,500 USD, plus potential annual bonus based on performance.
