Regional Real Estate & Facilities Leader – Americas
As the Regional Real Estate & Facilities Leader for the Americas you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Impact You’ll Make in this Role- Lead all real estate transactions across North, Central, and South America including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Develop and execute regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global plan of record.
- Oversee integrated facilities management services and performance across all assigned Americas sites.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, EHS, and company standards.
- Own regional budgets, capital planning, and financial performance.
- Partner with finance, procurement, legal, and business leaders.
- Lead and develop a regional team.
- Drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage third‑party service partners to contract terms and performance KPIs.
- Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments against leases, contracts, and commitments.
- Identify and address financial gaps, leaks, and inefficiencies in payment workflows.
- Develop robust reporting and analytics capabilities to track financial health and process performance.
- Ensure single source of truth database meets business requirements and aligns with partner delivery contracting.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least 10 years of real estate and/or facilities management experience.
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND at least 14 years of real estate and/or facilities management experience.
Additional required qualifications:
- Eight (8) years managing multi‑country portfolios across the Americas.
- Five (5) years in negotiation, contract, and financial analysis.
- Five (5) years managing outsourced service providers.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:
- Experience working internally for a large healthcare manufacturing company.
- Experience working with multiple technology platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate across regional stakeholders.
- Strong business, contract language, and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Eagan, MN or San Antonio, TX
- Hybrid (3 days a week in Office)
May include up to 10% international travel.

CompensationApplicable to US applicants only:
The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 – $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
