Responsibilities
- Lead e-invoice implementation projects for large, multi-national corporations.
- Manage 4-6 projects simultaneously based on size.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, handle adjustments.
- Manage project budgets and minimize risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Minimum of 4 years leading customer projects.
- Experience with global customers.
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - E-invoicing or ERP implementation experience a plus.
