Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when Store Manager is not present;
Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage team members to create a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives;
Responsible for scheduling and staffing the store including calling in associates during peak times when Manager is absent
