Position: Account Services Representative I

Your Impact:

Respond to customer service emails with clear, thoughtful, and thorough resolutions using all available tools and systems.

Accurately enter verified insurance information into internal systems.

Ensure compliance with company standards and formatting requirements.

Review and maintain insurance files through the internal review system.

Match documentation to appropriate client records by applying critical thinking and analytical skills.

Assist with departmental projects and other assignments as directed by the Supervisor.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must have at least six months of customer service-related experience

Must be able to review and interpret detailed insurance documents and data accurately

Frequent communication with external contacts; must convey and receive information effectively

Pay Range:

-The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
