Kid Strong Eagan is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager to join our center’s core management team. You will balance on-floor coaching with sales, member experience, and operations to deliver an exceptional Kid Strong experience for kids and families.
You will mentor coaches, drive membership growth, and partner with the GM to maintain center performance, safety, and community engagement. Prior leadership in youth programs is preferred and CPR certification is a plus.
