Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager
, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new staff, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and help with store audits to uphold safety and performance standards.
