Summary The Graphic Technician I is responsible for producing standard and custom large-format graphics according to work orders and quality standards. This role supports multiple stages of the graphics production process and contributes to material accuracy, equipment care, and overall workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is second shift: 11AM-7:30PM
- Assist in all aspects of large-format graphics production, including printing, transferring, cutting, sewing, and packing.
- Read and interpret work orders to determine correct products, materials, and procedures.
- Select and manage materials accurately to ensure inventory integrity.
- Perform routine operator maintenance on production equipment and proactively identify mechanical issues.
- Escalate equipment or production issues to the Group Lead, Supervisor, or Equipment Maintenance as needed.

Ensures accuracy, verifies work, and maintains high-quality standards. - Technical Aptitude:
Learns and operates graphic production equipment effectively. - Problem Solving:
Identifies issues, gathers information, and escalates appropriately. - Teamwork:

Plans work efficiently, meets deadlines, and adapts to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Graphics production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn.
- Ability to read production orders, use a tape measure, and perform basic math.
- Strong interest in learning and developing new technical skills.

Compensation:
The estimated hourly band for this position is $21-24/hr.
