* About You:

** You’re a fit for the role of #2 Operator in Press if you have the following required qualifications:
* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher. Candidates with a vocational/technical degree are strongly preferred
* Experience leading and training others
* Experience working in an industrial setting with a wide range of production machinery
* Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues
* Solid understanding of Lean concepts and continuous improvement
* Competent with rulers and measurement
* Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and production orders
* Can regularly lift at least 5 lbs. above the shoulder as well as push, pull and lift at least 10 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs
* Regularly standing walking, crouching, bending, reaching and kneeling#LI-CB1
* ** Compensation:
** 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour, 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour, and a bonus plan.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation hourly range for this role is $21 USD - $39 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
