Hartzell Aerospace Welding, a world leader in aircraft exhaust systems and engine components, is seeking a Material Handler to collaborate with the Supply Chain Department. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within the business.

PrimaryJob Duties
- Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
- Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
- Receives incoming materials and moves them to appropriate storage or bin locations.
- Marks materials with identifying information.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to ERP systems.
- Issues raw materials to work orders and jobs for production.
- Enters and maintains inventory records in the computer.
- Cleans warehouse area and performs other duties as required and assigned.
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping department.
- Prepares parcels for mailing.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 6 months of related experience in parts manufacturing or warehouse operations.
- Minimum 6 months of experience using an ERP system such as Epicor or Global Shop for inventory transactions.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions.
- Ability to complete duties with standardized instructions and occasional variables.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
