Hartzell Aerospace Welding, a world leader in aircraft exhaust systems and engine components, is seeking a Material Handler to collaborate with the Supply Chain Department. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within the business.

• Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
• Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
• Receives incoming materials and moves them to appropriate storage or bin locations.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to ERP systems.
• Issues raw materials to work orders and jobs for production.
• Enters and maintains inventory records in the computer.
• Cleans warehouse area and performs other duties as required and assigned.

• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping department.
• Prepares parcels for mailing.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience in parts manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using an ERP system such as Epicor or Global Shop for inventory transactions.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions.
• Ability to complete duties with standardized instructions and occasional variables.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
