Preferred candidates will possess the following:

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and order management required.
• Manufacturing or industrial/technical background preferred. Blueprint reading required.
