Pemming and Assembly Operator

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pemming & Assembly Team Member to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to producing high-quality fabricated parts while supporting our commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.

• PEM hardware insertion
• Assembly of fabricated materials
• Helicoil and rivet installation
• Part marking and stamping
• Sorting and packaging
• Perform required quality checks
• Accurately record counts and production data
• Use required computer programs
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to Leads or Managers

• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work completed in an accurate and productive manner
• Ability to follow all company rules and policies
• Good communication skills with supervisors, quality, and co-workers
• Ability to work well in a strong team environment
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
