Logistics Associate II – Staging

Location:

Eagan Pilot Plant, Minnesota

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Stage raw materials and packaging accurately for production using SAP and RF scanning tools.
  • Manage bring‑backs from production, ensuring materials are correctly identified, labeled, returned to inventory, or staged per procedure.
  • Clear and organize warehouse and production floors, including physical put‑aways, removal of empty drums, trash, and excess materials.
  • Apply salvage tags and handle salvage material in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
  • Take, label, document, and stage chemical samples following defined sampling processes, SAP updates, and sample tracking.
  • Perform putaways for raw materials and packaging, updating inventory records and packaging sheets as required.
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics to confirm priorities, staging locations, and material availability during off‑shift operations.
  • Follow unloading and material handling procedures when supporting off‑shift deliveries, including preliminary quality checks and labeling.
  • Use SAP and RF scanners to complete inventory transactions, reprint SU tags, and maintain accurate digital records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit‑ready work environment throughout the shift, including ownership of at least one 5S area.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities as assigned.
  • Communicate issues, shortages, safety concerns, and quality defects to appropriate teams and document per expectations.
  • Follow all safety, warehouse, and policy procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Details
  • Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, some overtime. Open to discussion for overnight shift.
  • Training: 4–6 weeks on first shift, Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • Compensation: $31.50 /hour plus a shift differential.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • 3 years of forklift operating experience.
  • No sponsorship or relocation offered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent cross‑shift communication skills to effectively manage off‑shift decision making and coordinate timely problem solving across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, labeling, and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with Production and Logistics during off‑shift operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively on off‑shifts.
  • Comfortable working in environments with noise, temperature variation, and industrial equipment.
  • Commitment to quality standards, including identification and communication of damaged or nonconforming materials.
  • Strong adherence to all safety policies, life‑critical rules, and PPE requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $24.74 – $37.11 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
