Manufacturing Assembler 1

• Primarily responsible for producing an ambulatory heart monitor based on a cellular telephone handset.

• Enter transactions into ERP system related to production of heart monitors.

• Communicate any disruptions or deviations encountered during production to the manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing downtime.

• Operate safely various machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, adhering to instructions to maintain operational efficiency and product integrity.

• Ensure seamless production by deftly setting up or adjusting equipment according to stringent manufacturing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.

Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. This is an onsite position in Eagan, MN. Workers are expected to work in‑person at least 3 days per week for office‑based teams.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
• Ability to perform necessary physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements. (Shipping Warehousing PCE job requirements.)

Pay range for this position: $18.00 - $27.50 per hour, plus overtime eligible. Additional compensation may include annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives.
