Summary:
Engineering Technician role supporting development, testing, and manufacturing of regulated products. The position focuses heavily on equipment troubleshooting, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting production through testing, documentation, and maintenance. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure product performance and compliance.

Required / Mandatory

Skills:

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience performing equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Experience supporting production environments with troubleshooting and process improvements
• Strong documentation and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to early shift start times (7-8 AM)
