Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co., a leader in metal stampings is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. We are seeking a Powder Coat Painter at our Eagan location to apply powder coat paint to a variety of simple and complex parts.
The hours are 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday.
As a Powder Coat Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare metal parts for powder coating through cleaning, masking, and inspection.
- Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and appearance.
- Load and unload parts from the paint line.
- Operate curing ovens and monitor coating processes.
- Perform quality inspections and touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain paint equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Previous powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
