- Salary: $72,384 - $90,480 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities- Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines and report training status and completion on monthly basis
- Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, Swipe Guide, etc.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills
- Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME’s or Safety Manager as directed by plant location
- Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.
- Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occur or when Process Controls suggestions are made
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

- Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours
