Job Description
Summary:
The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the production, procurement, inventory, and quality of all branded promotional materials, apparel, printed collateral, and signage across the organization.
- You source, order, and distribute promotional products, branded apparel, printed materials, and marketing collateral across the organization.
- You coordinate production of business cards, brochures, banners, signage, trade show materials, and other branded assets.
- You partner with internal stakeholders to recommend products and materials that align with brand standards, budget, and business goals.
- You serve as the primary liaison with printers, promo suppliers, apparel decorators, and signage vendors, obtaining quotes and keeping timelines on track.
- You review proofs for accuracy, brand consistency, and quality before production.
- You maintain inventory levels for promo items, apparel, printed materials, and event supplies, proactively reordering as needed.
- You track production expenses, assist with budget management, and keep vendor and production records up to date.
- You continuously evaluate vendors, products, and production methods to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of vector versus raster artwork.
- Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone color systems, bleeds, crop marks, and file preparation.
- Previous experience in promotional products or print industry preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience using Asana is a plus.
- Exceptional Organization:
Manages multiple projects, vendors, inventory, and production timelines with accurate records. - Proactive Planning:
Anticipates promotional needs and plans in advance with department leaders to reduce rush orders. - Inventory Management:
Maintains appropriate levels while balancing availability and cost. - Customer Service Mindset:
Provides responsive support, sets realistic expectations, and educates internal customers on lead times.
This position operates in a professional office environment and requires frequent movement to receive, organize, inventory, and distribute promotional products, apparel, and materials. The role may involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, or climbing a step stool. Lifting up to 35 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance may be required.
