Operate tortilla production lines, monitor equipment, ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of shifts everyday;
Startup equipment at the start of each shift and verify proper operation;
Replace mesh and Teflon belts safely and correctly to maintain continuous production flow;
Adjust machine settings to meet required product specifications, including size, weight, and overall quality;
Verify recipes, seasonings, weights, and system settings during changeovers using the ERP system (Plex)
