Gopher Resource is seeking a Plant Operator in Minnesota (Eagan area) to support the safe recycling of lead-based batteries and ensure production goals are met. After initial training, the schedule runs 4 days on, 4 days off with 12-hour shifts roughly 5pm–5am, emphasizing safety and teamwork.
You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the recycling line, handle loading and shipping, maintain accurate records, and perform basic lab work and quality checks.
