Easter Lutheran Church, Eagan, is seeking a passionate and relational Director of Youth Ministry to lead and grow a vibrant ministry for young people. This role focuses on building community, nurturing faith, developing student leaders, coordinating youth events and service opportunities, and partnering with families in faith formation. The ideal candidate will have experience in youth ministry or faith formation, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with ELCA theology and Lutheran faith practices.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Youth ministry or faith formation training and experience is required
- Strong relational, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for helping youth grow in faith and
Easter tries to follow St Paul Area Synod guidelines which supports a range of compensation that is commensurate with relevant experience.
