Schedule: Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Eagan, MN
Job Description: Regency Home Health Care has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! This position provides a combination of direct care by performing hands-on nursing, advocating for, and collaborating with clients and their families, and keeping communication open with the entire healthcare team. Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others. Perform a combination of hands-on care for medically complex clients on skilled nursing visits.
Advocate for clients and assist them in achieving their goals and independence. Follow all guidelines and remain in compliance with documentation and policies.
- Work hands-on with clients
- Manage and supervise staff
- Perform visits and Case Management in individuals’ homes
- Advocate for clients’ physical and mental well-being
- Perform assessments and monitoring
- Help maintain a positive and professional environment
- Be a resource for staff and assist as needed while proactively promoting teamwork
- REQUIRED: Hold current RN license in the state of Minnesota
- REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification
- Possess excellent leadership & communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative
- Must have basic computer skills and the willingness to learn new EMR software
