Role Overview

Vetco Customer Service Team members support clinic operations by greeting pet parents, recommending appropriate services, assisting Veterinarians, and ensuring a positive customer experience across assigned Petco clinic locations.

• Greet pet parents and recommend services that best protect and enhance their pets’ health.
• Assist Veterinarians in administering services and handling client interactions.
• Travel to designated clinic locations from a local dispatch office as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, team‑focused environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing environments and travel within the market as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive, can‑do attitude and support team members in all activities.

• Passion for animals and people, particularly dogs and cats.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and recommendation skills with a customer‑first approach.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle varying schedules, and adapt to new locations.

Hourly Salary Range: $15.00 – $18.90. Compensation is commensurate with experience, location, and applicable local minimum wage laws.
