The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Complaint Analyst I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing complaint handling assigned product complaint assignments.
  • Meeting daily team and individual complaint handling output goals.
  • Performing document complaint investigation to either close the complaint or determine need for more in-depth analysis.
  • Processing complaint events as required per internal and FDA regulations/International standards.
  • Monitoring and tracking key operational data trending.
  • Working with cross‑functional groups (Quality Engineers, Medical Complaint Investigators, Outsourced Groups) as required.
  • Visual inspection and product related complaint product sample testing.
  • Ownership of product related documentation to support complaint processing.
  • Inventorying and logging of complaint product samples.
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher and two years of combined experience in healthcare, medical device and/or drug in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Self‑motivated and comfortable in a role driven by transactional goals.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate multiple databases and prepare documentation.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources using data management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience with medical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion, and exercise sound judgment in business relationships.
Additional Requirements

In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities. These facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons.

Work Location & Travel

Hybrid, Eagan, MN. Travel may include up to 5% (domestic/international). Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Legal & Eligibility

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Compensation & Benefits

Applicable to US Applicants Only. The expected compensation range for this position is $64,800 – $89,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
