Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for 2nd shift (1 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Monday–Friday) to lead and monitor all QA activities in the plant.
The role focuses on food safety systems, quality systems, and collaborating with production, quality and maintenance teams to ensure product quality and safety. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in food quality, familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF, plus lab skills and data analysis capabilities.
