Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for the 3rd shift (9:00 p.m.
- 5:30 a.m.).
You will lead and monitor all aspects of quality assurance in the plant, ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and ERP (PLEX) procedures while maintaining accurate QA reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating QA activities, conducting sensory evaluations, basic lab analysis, and calibrations.
