The Dishwasher Crew Member keeps the restaurant's dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and available so the restaurant can run without interruption. This role plays a direct part in maintaining our food safety and cleanliness standards and supports the broader restaurant team during each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other smallwares following proper procedures
• Operate the dish machine correctly, monitoring water temperature and chemical;/santizer levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, dishwashing station and surrounding floor area throughout the shift
• Change out trash recepticles as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and move for the duration of a scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
• Comfortable working with hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals
• Frequent bending, reachings, and repetitive hand motions
