Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage worker for Black Bear Casino Resort's onsite buffet. Duties include keeping the buffet clean, replenishing food, preparing soups, salads, gravies, desserts, and casseroles using standard recipes.
The role requires cooking experience, food-handler certification (within 3 months if not already), the ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
