We are seeking a Baker/Cook to join our team! You will focus on producing and introducing baked goods and food made in house.
Responsibilities- Bake breads, pastries, bars and iced cookies for saleat three locations.
- Coordinate food prep with managers
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Occasionally assist in the development of menu items, especially baked goods
- Standardize recipes
- Work with management to create a consistent product that exceeds expectation.
- Previous experience in baking, culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Experience with product cost calculations a bonus
- Passion for bakingtechniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
GINKGO coffeehouse has been offering high quality beverages and foods for nearly 30 years. Owner-operated, it is a great place to use and enhance barista and customer service skills. This is a great place to work if you enjoy a working as part of a team doing a variety of tasks. Most hours are weekdays/daytime.
