Job OverviewMobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial. They build relationships with customers, identify needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions. They strive for strong sales performance and high-quality customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
- Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of products and services; helps customers self-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app.
- Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and resources; reviews personal results, promotions, and updates to remain customer-ready; collaborates with nearby stores to onboard customers; participates in store operations and procedures, including opening/closing tasks and securing assets.
- Demonstrates customer-obsessed service, builds rapport, trust, and loyalty; proactively reaches out to potential customers to drive sales; follows up with referrals, Be Back processes, and relationship management; may perform price overrides for specialty offers in National Retail.
- Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

- Team building: willingness to work with peers and leaders, share best practices, resolve issues (Required).
- Retail sales: competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced environment (Required).

Compensation:
Hourly base pay $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training is provided and training pay is eligible. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, annual incentive target is $18,000 (varies by performance and status). All employees are eligible for stock grants.
