Location: Kwik Trip 662 Shift: Variable Leadership

Experience:

1-3 years Pay Range: $54,500.00 to $81,800.00

Pay: Actual pay will be based on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre‑tax profits back to coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location.

• Hiring, training, and scheduling of 20‑60 coworkers
• Food safety compliance
• Ordering and inventory control
• Managing P&L
• Cleaning and stocking

• Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
• Enjoy a fast‑paced work environment
• Ability to problem‑solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
• Desire to help and mentor others
• Maintain a clean and inviting store
• Prior management or leadership experience

Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5‑day work week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
