Overview
As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
Responsibilities- Deliver the Tillys Experience to customers.
- Support Store Management in training and coaching Sales Associates.
- Execute operational tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate leadership to teach others how to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong people skills and ability to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train others.
- Ability to operate in a sales-focused environment and foster a positive Customer Experience.
- Interest in shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.
Hourly Salary Range: $11.63 - $12.63
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
