We are seeking an experienced Vision Center Manager to lead our eye care service, ensuring optimal merchandise presentation, community engagement, and compliance with company and legal policies. The Manager will drive sales, develop Associates, and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate competitive pricing, and proper stock levels while conducting forecasting and budgeting.
• Model, enforce, and provide guidance to Associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques, ensuring concerns are resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
• Oversee the implementation of community outreach programs, encouraging Associates to serve as community ambassadors.
• Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, reviewing reports, monitoring asset protection and safety controls, and establishing action plans for performance improvement.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties while fostering a culture of belonging.
• Consult with and educate Members on eyewear selections, conduct measurements, verify prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, and perform minor frame repairs.
• Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs, building accountability and measuring progress.
• Promote an environment that respects individuals, provides equity, and encourages continuous learning and adaptability.
• Demonstrate integrity by adhering to Walmart values, fostering ethical compliance, and supporting initiatives that positively impact customers and the community.
• Apply data‑driven decision making to balance short‑ and long‑term priorities, guiding solutions for customers, Associates, shareholders, suppliers, and other partners.
• Encourage and adopt new technologies and skills, supporting others through change and continuous improvement.

Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.

Experience supervising associates, preferably in an optical environment.
