The position is a Prepared Food Associate who will work in a fast‑paced role, preparing food items to company specifications, supporting store operations, and delivering excellent member service.

  Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams to educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources and communicates effectively within the team. Demonstrates flexibility by working in other areas of the club as needed.

  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.

  :
  Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages other associates to use them.

  :
  Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; accepts payment types; locates merchandise; and resolves member issues and concerns.

  Acts as a brand advocate, developing, influencing and inspiring others to work respectfully, supportively and team‑oriented; understands roadblocks and assists in training associates.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete all required job‑related trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification.
• Certification in Food Safety.
