Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you will be the first point of contact for families, welcoming customers and providing assistance with our baby and children product lines.

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Perform floor replenishment and shipment duties as needed.
• Communicate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull; stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.
