Retail Store Associate - Twin Eagan, MN

We could list tired, old bullets about Store Associate tasks, but here is what we are looking for in the kind of Store Associates we want to work with.

Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends. Hours are part time and will vary based on business needs.

• High school diploma or GED, or you are pursuing one.
• Three to six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Regularly able to talk or hear; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. May be required to sit, climb or balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Benefits for Part-Time Employees adidas offers medical plans for Part-Time employees working between 20-29 hours per week (including HSA, prescription drug coverage, and fertility support). Part-Time employees working fewer than 20 hours per week receive discounts for prescription drug coverage and vision services. Incentives and Time Off Employees are eligible to earn monthly and quarterly incentives. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off (1 hour per 30 hours worked). Part-time employees receive premium pay when working on designated holidays.
