• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $16.50 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.19 per hour. Sales positions may earn additional commission, while non‑sales positions may earn a bonus.

Work Experience:

2–5 years in a retail or customer‑service role.
