Position: (USA) Member Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide member service and maintain the checkout area.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
  • Promote Sam's Club products and services, and guide members regarding self‑service technology.
  • Process member purchases and assist with transporting items.
  • Follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
  • Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, review receipts, and identify member needs.
  • Zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages.
  • Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company security and safety practices, including safeguarding assets and reporting potential criminal activity.
  • Assist in training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures, teach new technology, and deliver new program rollouts.
  • Provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
  • Experience working with mobile retail applications.
  • Primary location: 3035 DENMARK AVE, EAGAN, MN , United States of America.
