Position Summary

Member Frontline Services Associate at Sam's Club #4738, located at 3035 Denmark Ave, Eagan, MN. Provide member service, support checkout and self‑service technology, maintain a safe and organized store environment, resolve member issues, assist with payment transactions, and train new associates.

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Follows company safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance and exit areas; verifies membership cards.
• Zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, and assists members with transporting items.
• Reports unsafe situations and potential criminal activity to management.
• Maintains paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Executes emergency response procedures and ensures security compliance.
• Assists in training and onboarding of new Frontline Services associates.
• Opens, closes and manages the end‑of‑day procedures.
• Works as a team, demonstrates integrity, and provides continuous learning opportunities.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Working knowledge of mobile retail applications.

• Experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Knowledge of Sam's Club membership benefits and systems.
• Additional certifications in customer service or retail management.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour. Additional premiums may apply ($0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work.
