Part Time Retail Associate

About the Position

With over 430 retail stores worldwide, associates play a key role in ensuring product availability, creating eye‑catching visual displays, addressing customer inquiries, and efficiently operating the checkout process. As a Retail Associate you serve as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional in‑store experiences through positive customer interaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product questions and making compelling product recommendations.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Retrieve merchandise from floor, stock room, or inventory locations.
• Perform all required cash‑register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program).
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing product flow accurately.

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of retail experience.
• Ability to skillfully operate inventory and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Age 16 years or older.

• Active environment requiring frequent movement and handling items up to 40lb.
• Occasional exposure to dust and noise.
• Requires flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to business trends.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with others.

Pay Range: $15.00–$21.60 per hour. Expected pay for new hires: $15.00–$16.00 per hour. Part‑time employees receive benefits that include a 401(k) plan with company match, EAP counseling services, commuter benefits, wellness benefits, and employee discounts.
